Art. 2.22. [46] [56] [57] POWER OF DEPUTY CLERKS. Whenever a duty is imposed upon the clerk of the district or county court, the same may be lawfully performed by his deputy. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
