Art. 22.12. [435] [499] [487] PROCEEDINGS NOT SET ASIDE FOR 
DEFECT OF FORM.  The bond, the judgment declaring the forfeiture, 
the citation and the return thereupon, shall not be set aside 
because of any defect of form;  but such defect of form may, at any 
time, be amended under the direction of the court.
