Art. 22.18. LIMITATION. An action by the state to forfeit a bail bond under this chapter must be brought not later than the fourth anniversary of the date the principal fails to appear in court. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1506, Sec. 6, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
