Art. 26.10. WHERE NAME IS UNKNOWN. A defendant described as a person whose name is unknown may have the indictment so corrected as to give therein his true name. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., p. 317, ch. 722, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
