Art. 4.13. [61] [107] [97] JUSTICE MAY FORFEIT BOND. A justice of the peace shall have the power to take forfeitures of all bonds given for the appearance of any party at his court, regardless of the amount. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
