Art. 42.05. [770] [857] [835] IF COURT IS ABOUT TO ADJOURN. The time limit within which any act is to be done within the meaning of this Code shall not be affected by the expiration of the term of the court. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
