Art. 43.06. [790] [874] [852] CAPIAS MAY ISSUE TO ANY COUNTY. The capias provided for in this Chapter may be issued to any county in the State, and shall be executed and returned as in other cases, but no bail shall be taken in such cases. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
