Art. 43.11. [795] [879] [857] AUTHORITY FOR
CONFINEMENT. When, by the judgment and sentence of the court, a
defendant is to be confined in jail, a certified copy of such
judgment and sentence shall be sufficient authority for the sheriff
to place such defendant in jail.
