Art. 44.07. [821] [908] RIGHT OF APPEAL NOT ABRIDGED. The right of appeal, as otherwise provided by law, shall in no wise be abridged by any provision of this Chapter. Act 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
