Art. 44.20. [840] [928] [894] RULES GOVERNING APPEAL BONDS. The rules governing the taking and forfeiture of bail shall govern appeal bonds, and the forfeiture and collection of such appeal bonds shall be in the court to which such appeal is taken. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
