Art. 45.035. [907] [999] [964] MISTRIAL. A jury shall be
discharged if it fails to agree to a verdict after being kept
together a reasonable time. If a jury is discharged because it
fails to agree to a verdict, the justice or judge may impanel
another jury as soon as practicable to try such cause.
