Art. 46B.075. TRANSFER OF DEFENDANT TO FACILITY. A commitment order issued under this subchapter must place the defendant in the custody of the sheriff for transportation to the facility in which the defendant is to be confined. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 35, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2004.
