Art. 5.07. VENUE FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER OFFENSES. The venue
for an offense under Section 25.07, Penal Code, is in the county in
which the order was issued or, without regard to the identity or
location of the court that issued the protective order, in the
county in which the offense was committed.
