Art. 51.02. [998] [1089-1092] TO AID IN ARREST. All peace officers of the State shall give aid in the arrest and detention of a fugitive from any other State that he may be held subject to a requisition by the Governor of the State from which he fled. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
