Art. 51.07. [1003] [1099] [1062] DISCHARGE. A fugitive not arrested under a warrant from the Governor of this State before the expiration of ninety days from the day of his commitment or the date of the bail shall be discharged. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
