Art. 56.61. COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN CRIMINALLY INJURIOUS CONDUCT PROHIBITED. The attorney general may not award compensation for economic loss arising from criminally injurious conduct that occurred before January 1, 1980. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 6, eff.
