Art. 59.11. REPORT OF SEIZED AND FORFEITED AIRCRAFT.  Not 
later than the 10th day after the last day of each quarter of the 
fiscal year, the Department of Public Safety shall report to the 
State Aircraft Pooling Board:
	(1)  a description of each aircraft that the department has 
received by forfeiture under this chapter during the preceding 
quarter and the purposes for which the department intends to use the 
aircraft;  and
	(2)  a description of each aircraft the department knows to 
have been seized under this chapter during the preceding quarter 
and the purposes for which the department would use the aircraft if 
it were forfeited to the department.
