Art. 60.14. ALLOCATION OF GRANT PROGRAM MONEY FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROGRAMS. An agency of the state, before allocating money to a county from any federal or state grant program for the enhancement of criminal justice programs, shall certify that the county has taken or will take, using all or part of the allocated funds, all action necessary to provide the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the Department of Public Safety any criminal history records maintained by the county in the manner specified for purposes of those departments. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 2nd C.S., ch. 10, Sec. 7.05, eff. Dec. 1, 1991.
