Art. 63.002. MISSING CHILDREN AND MISSING PERSONS INFORMATION CLEARINGHOUSE. (a) The missing children and missing persons information clearinghouse is established within the Department of Public Safety. (b) The clearinghouse is under the administrative direction of the director of the department. (c) The clearinghouse shall be used by all law enforcement agencies of the state.
