Art. 7.08. [85] [130] [120] FAILURE TO GIVE BOND. If the defendant fail to give bond, he shall be committed to jail for one year from the date of the first order requiring such bond. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
