§ 11.356. SUPPORT OF STUDENTS ENROLLED IN SPECIAL-PURPOSE SCHOOL DISTRICTS. The independent or common school district that is responsible for providing education services to a student who is enrolled in a special-purpose school district established under Section 11.351 shall share the cost of the student's education in the manner provided under Section 30.003 for students enrolled in the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired or the Texas School for the Deaf unless the State Board of Education finds that the student's education in a particular special-purpose school or school district is not the responsibility of the independent or common school district.
