§ 12.024. EFFECT OF RECORDING CHARTER OR CHARTER 
AMENDMENT.  A recorded charter or charter amendment is a public 
act.  A court shall take judicial notice of a recorded charter or 
charter amendment and proof is not required of its provisions.
