§ 13.156. TITLE TO PROPERTY;  ASSUMPTION OF DEBT.  Title 
to all property of the consolidating districts vests in the 
consolidated district, and the consolidated district assumes and is 
liable for the outstanding indebtedness of the consolidating 
districts.
