Texas Education Code - Section 19.001. Definitions

§ 19.001. DEFINITIONS.  In this chapter:                                    
		(1)  "Board" means the Texas Board of Criminal Justice.                       
		(2)  "Department" means the Texas Department of 
Criminal Justice.
