Texas Education Code - Section 21.152. Continuing Contract

§ 21.152. CONTINUING CONTRACT.  A continuing contract 
must be in writing and must include the terms of employment 
prescribed by this subchapter and any other appropriate provisions 
consistent with this subchapter.
