§ 22.007. INCENTIVES FOR EARLY RETIREMENT. A district may not offer or provide a financial or other incentive to an employee of the district to encourage the employee to retire from the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 1359, § 5, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
