§ 41.208. ORDERS AND NOTICE. (a) The commissioner shall
order any detachments and annexations of property under this
subchapter not later than November 8 of each year.
(b) As soon as practicable after issuing the order under
Subsection (a), the commissioner shall notify each affected school
district and the appraisal district in which the affected property
is located of the determination.
