§ 42.104. USE OF SMALL OR MID-SIZED DISTRICT ADJUSTMENT IN CALCULATING SPECIAL ALLOTMENTS. In determining the amount of a special allotment under Subchapter C for a district to which Section 42.103 applies, a district's adjusted basic allotment is considered to be the district's adjusted allotment determined under Section 42.103. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
