§ 43.013. JURISDICTION. The district courts of Travis County have jurisdiction of any suit on bonds or obligations belonging to the permanent school fund, or purchased therewith, concurrent with that of any other court having jurisdiction in the case. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
