§ 45.036. EXAMINATION OF BONDS BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. All bonds issued pursuant to this subchapter, and the appropriate proceedings authorizing their issuance, shall be submitted to the attorney general for examination. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
