§ 45.052. GUARANTEE. On approval by the commissioner, bonds issued under Subchapter A, including refunding bonds, are guaranteed by the corpus and income of the permanent school fund. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
