§ 45.081. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (a) "District" means an independent school district. (b) "Board" means the governing body of a district. (c) "Real property" means any interest in land, buildings, or fixtures permanently attached to buildings or land. (d) "Bonds" includes notes, contracts, and any other evidences of an obligation to pay a sum of money. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
