§ 46.010. PROJECTS BY MORE THAN ONE DISTRICT. If two or more districts apply for state assistance in connection with a joint project at a single location, each district is entitled to a guaranteed facilities yield amount of state and local funds that is 20 percent higher than the amount to which the district would otherwise be entitled under Section 46.005. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 592, § 1.04, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
