§ 52.67. SECURITY OF SAVINGS BONDS;  GENERAL 
OBLIGATION.  The college savings bonds authorized under Article 
III, Section 50b-2, of the Texas Constitution and issued in 
accordance with this subchapter are general obligations of this 
state.
