§ 53.331. REFINANCING FACILITIES. The authority may refinance any educational or housing facility acquired, constructed, or improved. Added by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 863, ch. 200, § 6, eff. Aug. 29, 1983. Amended by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 641, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
