§ 53A.45. TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER AGENCIES AND 
PERSONS.  The authority may borrow money and accept grants from, 
and enter into contracts, leases, or other transactions with the 
United States, the State of Texas, any municipal corporation in the 
state, and any public or private person or corporation resident or 
authorized to do business in the state.
