§ 54.074. NATO AGREEMENT. A nonimmigrant alien who resides in this state in accordance with the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Regarding the Status of Their Forces (4 U.S.T. 1792) and the spouse or children of that alien are considered to be residents for tuition and fee purposes under this title. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. 888, § 4, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.
