§ 56.127. REFUNDING BONDS. The board may by resolution authorize the issuance of refunding bonds. The board may issue refunding bonds in the manner and for the purposes provided by law. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 330, § 1, eff. June 5, 1991.
