§ 65.38. NONSECTARIAN. No religious qualification shall be required for admission to any office or privilege in the university system. No course of instruction of a sectarian character shall be taught in the system. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3147, ch. 1024, art. 1, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
