§ 66.01. PERMANENT UNIVERSITY FUND. The composition, investment, purposes, and use of the permanent university fund are governed by Article VII, Sections 10, 11, 11a, 15, and 18, of the Texas Constitution. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3149, ch. 1024, art. 1, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.
