§ 7.023. AGENCY EMPLOYMENT POLICY. A decision of the agency relating to employment shall be made without regard to a person's race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
