§ 7.053. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE. The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, may remove the commissioner from office as provided by Section 9, Article XV, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, § 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
