§ 174.069. RECORD OF DELEGATES. (a) The chair of a county
or senatorial district convention shall prepare and sign a list of
the names and residence addresses of the delegates and any
alternate delegates to the state convention selected by the
convention.
(b) The convention chair shall deliver the list to the state
chair not later than the fifth day after the date the convention
adjourns.
