§ 20.035. DELIVERY OF APPLICATIONS TO REGISTRAR. (a) The
agency shall deliver to the voter registrar of the county in which
the agency office is located each completed registration
application submitted to an agency employee.
(b) An application shall be delivered to the registrar not
later than the fifth day after the date the application is submitted
to the employee.
