§ 154.190. REENROLLING CHILD FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE. After health insurance has been terminated or has lapsed, an obligor ordered to provide health insurance coverage for the child must enroll the child in a health insurance plan at the next available enrollment period. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
