§ 154.193. MEDICAL SUPPORT ORDER NOT QUALIFIED. (a) If a
plan administrator or other person acting in an equivalent position
determines that a medical support order issued under this
subchapter does not qualify for enforcement under federal law, the
tribunal may, on its own motion or the motion of a party, render an
order that qualifies for enforcement under federal law.
(b) The procedure for filing a motion for enforcement of a
final order applies to a motion under this section. Service of
citation is not required, and a person is not entitled to a jury in a
proceeding under this section.
(c) The employer or plan administrator is not a necessary
party to a proceeding under this section.
