§ 157.103. CAPIAS FEES. (a) The fee for issuing a capias as provided in this chapter is the same as the fee for issuance of a writ of attachment. (b) The fee for serving a capias is the same as the fee for service of a writ in civil cases generally. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
