§ 157.108. CASH BOND AS PROPERTY OF RESPONDENT. A court shall treat a cash bond posted for the benefit of the respondent as the property of the respondent. A person who posts the cash bond does not have recourse in relation to an order regarding the bond other than against the respondent. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
