§ 157.113. APPLICATION OF BOND PENDING WRIT. If the obligor requests to execute a bond or to post security pending a hearing by an appellate court on a writ, the bond or security on forfeiture shall be payable to the obligee. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
