§ 157.264. ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT. (a) A money judgment
rendered as provided in this subchapter may be enforced by any means
available for the enforcement of a judgment for debts.
(b) The court may render an order requiring:
(1) that income be withheld from the disposable
earnings of the obligor in an amount sufficient to discharge the
judgment in not more than two years; or
(2) if the obligor is not subject to income
withholding, that the obligor make periodic payments to the obligee
in an amount sufficient to discharge the judgment within a
reasonable time.
